1 seedless, red watermelon, peeled and cut into thin slices
4 ounces soft or firm feta cheese President® 
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup olive oil Colavita 

Steps

  1. Lay the watermelon slices overlapping on a serving platter.
  2. Sprinkle the feta, basil leaves and pumpkin seeds over the watermelon and spoon drizzle with the olive oil. Serve at room temperature.
