When our judges determine that a food or food-related product is the best in its respective category, we honor it with a ChefsBest Award. Among leading brands, only one product in each category can be judged the best. If no clear winner emerges, no ChefsBest Award will be given.
Given our strict standards, many ChefsBest Award winners proudly display ChefsBest Awards on their packages to show that they are superior to competing brands. The ChefsBest® Award for Best Taste
The ChefsBest Award for Best Taste is awarded in a food category to the best tasting product of the leading brands available throughout America.
Because of widely differing opinions, ChefsBest does not make a judgment on a product’s stated nutritional claims.
The ChefsBest Award for Performance
The ChefsBest Award for Performance is awarded to the best performing product in each non-food category that is used in the kitchen. From paper towels to small appliances, the best performing products are judged among leading brands available throughout America.
The ChefsBest Certified Award
The ChefsBest Certified Award is an endorsement of product quality by ChefsBest. This award is for a product category that has no major competing national brands. These products are judged and rated on their own merits as well as benchmark standards within their respective product categories.
To receive a ChefsBest Certified Award, a product must meet the high quality standards set by the ChefsBest judges. Because of widely differing opinions, ChefsBest does not make a judgment on a product’s stated nutritional or performance claims.
