4 iceberg lettuce leaves, cup-shaped
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps

  1. Bake the fish sticks according to package or until heated through and crispy, then chop.
  2. Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves and pat dry.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, add the honey and lemon juice.
  4. Mix together and then add the chopped fish sticks. Coat well.
  5. Fill the lettuce cups with the fish stick filling.
