Grilled Flank Steak

2-3 pounds flank steak, trimmed of excess fat
1 medium white onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup lemon juice Concord Foods 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce French's 
1 tablespoon dried Mexican oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red chile flakes

Steps

  1. Rinse meat, pat dry and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Prepare grill as desired. Remove meat from marinade and grill, basting with marinade, to desired doneness. Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
