| 1 | medium white onion, thinly sliced | |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced | |
| 1 cup | lemon juice | Concord Foods |
| 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce | French's |
| 1 tablespoon | dried Mexican oregano | |
| 1 teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | red chile flakes | |
Steps
- Rinse meat, pat dry and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
- Prepare grill as desired. Remove meat from marinade and grill, basting with marinade, to desired doneness. Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
